	About the Team The SPIRIT Dazzlers is a team of cheerleaders, dancers, and spokesmodels in the virtual world of Second Life, appearing and performing at charity events, paid performances and appearances, and modeling events throughout SL. Each member of the SPIRIT Dazzlers is carefully chosen not only for their avatar's appearance, but for the personality behind the avatar...SPIRIT Dazzlers are ladies and gentlemen in every sense of the word, displaying grace and style in everything they do. Their poise and intelligence carry them well beyond being merely performers, making this team the perfect choice for any event where you want the best and classiest professionals to add a touch of exciting glamour and beauty. See below for modeling, performance and appearance rates and details on how your company can feature the classiest team of ladies in SL to appear at YOUR next event! SPIRIT Dazzler Modeling/Performance/Appearance Rates... The SPIRIT Dazzlers are available to model for print and runway, as well as perform, sign autographs, and serve as greeters and hosts/hostesses at events within SL for the following rates: Print modeling fee per SPIRIT Dazzler featured: $500L/hour Runway modeling fee per SPIRIT Dazzler featured: $500L per event Appearance fee per SPIRIT Dazzler featured (minimum of 2 Dazzlers per appearance event to serve as hostesses/greeters and sign autographs): $300L/hour Performance fee per SPIRIT Dazzler featured (minimum of 4 Dazzlers per performance event to perform group dance/cheer routine, sign autographs, and serve as hostesses/greeters): $500L/hour PLEASE NOTE: The SPIRIT Dazzlers will not be accepting any jobs at locations that feature strippers, escorts, nude or partially nude event staff, or public sexual activities. All modeling/performance/appearance requests will be carefully considered prior to contract acceptance based upon this criteria. Once the event request has been cleared for acceptance, a nonrefundable deposit of thirty percent of the total fee must be paid one week prior to the event, with the remaining amount to be paid at the start of the event. The SPIRIT Dazzlers team is owned by SavannahAnn McMillan, owner of SPIRIT, an award-winning cheer and dance virtual design company. SavannahAnn McMillan (aka Melissa Darnell in "real life") is also the publisher for Darnell Spirit Productions, a rl cheer and dance book publishing company since 2000, and the publisher of SPIRIT Magazine, the first cheer and dance magazine (coming soon to SL). An award-winning dancer formally trained in jazz, tap, and ballet, and a former dance team director, she is also the author of The Ultimate Guide to Making Cheer/Dance Gear & Gifts, The Ultimate Guide to Becoming a Successful Dance Team Officer, The Ultimate Guide to Making Quick & Easy Dance Costumes, The Ultimate Guide to Directing a Dance/Drill Team (retired), and the artist for The Ultimate Color-Your-Own Dance Dollz Paper Dolls. About the Team Director... The SPIRIT Dazzlers is directed by Pyper Dollinger. Pyper Dollinger has been a dancer in RL since the age of 3 and danced hard and strong for 25 wonderful years. She has performed with the Houston Ballet Company in many productions and has taken her dance in many directions. She danced the role of Cinderella, Dorothy and many other lead and corp roles, but those were her favorites. From dancer to teacher to cheerleader to mom, dance has always been in her heart and blood. During college, she was a dance major at Sourthern Illinois University and also cheered for the NFL St. Louis Professional Cheerleaders and Dancers, Inc. Classical ballet, jazz and cheer were her favorites, and she is now watching her daughters grow in their love for dance.
